Installed and use the cube for the first time

Watched videos on materials and textures, I plan on trying to figure out albedo more so that I can make better looking object materials. How to import albedo's or create them. Played with one the albedo's that came with the download that came from the asset store.

Downloaded a free object from the asset store so that I could see what it was like to download one of them.

Worked on making objects in Tinkercad and importing them into unity, but I could not figure it out so I will work figuring that out during the weekend.

  1. On tinkerCAD, On the left there is a tab called "Design". This should bring you to your recent designs. If you select a design, a window will pop up with an image of the design to the left and the designer to the left along with 2 options. They should be "Tinker This" and "Download". Click download. There are 2 different types of files that can be downladed. Select .obj. This should download a .obj file of the object. To put the object into the Unity project, open a file explorer and drag the file to the Asset folder inside the Project window of the Unity window. The file within the navigation Project window can then be dragged into the Scene window and can be manipulated from there. I can show you during the meeting tomorrow if that would be better.
