Collab is not working

Today(6/22) we are encountering an error with the collab system in that we can't push.

Unity gives this error in the console.

[Collab] NotificationManager::PubnubError: Pubnub service returned invalid response false

We looked it up and found this thread.

I have encountered this problem last night and thought it was resolved based on how the Pubnub company addressed it. However, the problem has occurred this morning and hasn't been resolved yet. I have filed a complaint along with many others.

The problem is resolved today(6/23)
